COO of the BASSA Factory Serhii Shtefan became an invited expert of the SHUMB

COO of the BASSA Factory Serhii Shtefan became an invited expert for the final defense of the projects of the School of Furniture Business Management from the Smart People Business School.

Program participants, owners and managers of furniture companies, presented their business development projects, which were worked on during five months of study. The result of the program was the formation of management and development models of companies.

As part of the defense, Serhii Shtefan participated in the expert evaluation of projects and shared his practical experience in the development of production, process management and scaling of the furniture business.
